Discover RSS

During your time on the web you may have come across a blog, a newswire or a web site with a link to its RSS feed. RSS is an acronym standing for Really Simple Syndication, Rich Site Summary, or RDF Site Summary. When a website wants to allow other sites to publish some of its content, it creates an RSS document. An RSS document is an XML file with information and links to content on the web site. When a feed is added to a different website, users can view your content changes on the fly. RSS content includes such data as news feeds, events listings, news stories, headlines, project updates, excerpts from discussion forums or even corporate information.
