Refund Policies
Web Development Services
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimate is required before a project can be started. Upon client approval and satisfaction, the remaining 50% will be charged before the work is released / website is live. If in a rare situation where Collins Internet is not able to meet client’s needs as stated in the development agreement, the remaining 50% will not be charged.
Internet Marketing Services
Online marketing services are billed monthly and quarterly and are non-refundable. Client must request cancellation of services 15 days prior to renewal.
Web Hosting
Web hosting is billed annually and is non-refundable. Client must request cancellation 30 days prior of renewal.
