But when selecting a web site company to handle your changes and update requests, many are not very dedicated. Often times, you may have to wait for up to two weeks just to get a confirmation that your request was received and perhaps two more just to get the request completed.
We provide dedicated web site maintenance services that have a *72-hour turnaround time. Our team has the skills and knowledge to perform website updates in a timely and efficient manner in ways that exceed other website companies. We feel that it is our duty to provide you with the best possible service to ensure that your updates get completed correctly and on time.

How Does The Process Work?
You can prepay for a set of hours that will expire after a year for website maintenance. This time can be used to update text, images, links or even add new pages. The time is on a use it or lose it basis and cannot be rolled over to the next following year. If updates will require more than the allotted time, you will need to purchase another set of prepaid hours.
Change requests can be sent via email or through our Maintenance Ticketing System. You will receive a confirmation when a member of our staff opens the ticket and begins work. If the request requires clarification, you will be notified shortly after. Once the request has been completed, you will get an approval confirmation. If you confirm that the work has been completed correctly, then the request ticket will be closed.
5 Hour Package – $300 per year
This package is recommended for sites with one to ten pages that require less frequent updates.
10 Hour Package – $600 per year
This package is recommended for sites that have 10 to 20 pages and may require moderate updates.
15 Hour Package – $900 per year
This package is recommended for sites with a lot of frequent updates.
Billing
Maintenance time will be tracked in 15 minute increments with a 30 minute minimum.
